What if you could remember who you were before the world told you who to be —
and live from that?
You can.
For years, I’ve gently guided people back to the peace, clarity, and open-hearted joy that arise when we live in alignment with our true nature.
As a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach and former bodyworker, I’ve listened to the quiet ache beneath stress and overwhelm. I’ve supported clients in becoming aware of the emotional residue held in the body — and tenderly releasing it.
As a Certified Inner Presence Coach, with over 10,000 hours of professional coaching experience, I support helping professionals and caregivers — coaches, counselors, teachers, leaders, and healers — those who walk alongside others, to remember who they are and compassionately tend to what veils that knowing.
Because when we begin to live from the goodness that has no opposite, we become quiet vessels of transformation — rippling peace, clarity, and presence into the world around us — becoming even more effective in our work, our service, our contributions.
I believe there will be a tipping point — when enough of us return to awake awareness — and our systems and communities will reshape themselves in service to compassion, dignity, and the good of all.
This is why I support those who support others.
Your presence matters more than you know.
You can remember who you were before the world told you who to be —
and live from that.
You truly can.
May I walk alongside you . . . guide you . . .
home to yourself . . . to the beauty, wisdom, peace, and quiet joy you already are.
Let's connect to explore what is beckoning and whether this work feels like the right next step for you.
Land Acknowledgment
This work unfolds on the ancestral lands of the Dakȟota, Anishinaabe, and Ho Chunk peoples. I offer gratitude to these Nations — past and present — for their enduring relationship with this land. I’m humbled to be a current steward of this small part of Mother Earth I call home, and I hold this responsibility with deep respect.
This acknowledgment arises from a commitment to care and interconnection / interbeing — values at the heart of my life and work. May this acknowledgment deepen our collective reverence for one another, and for the land that holds us all.
