This gathering is for deeply caring people who want to make a difference - within their capacity - and who may be feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed by the pace and intensity of the world right now. Learn how to put your energy behind the truth of who you really are.
It’s especially supportive if you’re empathic or sensitive, and you’ve been carrying more than you realize - for your family, your community, your work, or the collective as a whole.
Come tend to yourself, just as you are, wherever you are, and allow yourself to be replenished.
The 2nd Sunday Centering Circle is a calm, intentional space of grounding, practice, and shared humanity where you will be deeply met with compassion.
Each gathering includes gentle, guided practices and optional sharing to support you in:
Calming and resetting your nervous system
so you can settle out of stress and return to clarity and balance
Feeling safe and grounded again
in your body, your heart, and your own inner knowing
Nourishing body, mind, and spirit with Love
not as an idea, but as a felt, restorative presence
Allowing next steps to emerge naturally
rather than forcing decisions or solutions from urgency or fear
Feeling connected and less alone
as we listen, witness, and hold space for one another with care
There is no fixing, no problem-solving, and no pressure to share.
When Love is focused together, it naturally amplifies - moving through and beyond us - contributing to the whole in ways we may never fully see, yet can deeply feel.
This is a space to be, to breathe, and to meet yourself differently - from heartful kindness.

Her work is informed by mindfulness and lovingkindness practices, nervous system care, energy awareness, and relational approaches that emphasize deep listening, compassion, and presence. These practices are offered in a simple, human way - without dogma or belief requirements - and are guided by attunement to what’s happening in the moment.
Manina’s spaces are known for their warmth and care, offering a sense of being deeply received and held without pressure.
She walks alongside people at their own pace, creating room for clarity, regulation, and meaningful change to unfold naturally.
